Another portrait. Two Arri tungsten lights, one at 90° with a softbox and one at 45° without, but aiming at the hair. No gels this time. There was also a reflector but I forgot to move it for this pose so it's kind of irrelevant.

I don't remember how I got this Fotopoint 200 film. Still, I used it during two different photo walks in January 2024. I love how saturated and grainy these pictures showed up.
The first one was on a cold, sunny day around Berlin-Schöneberg when a couple of friends and I went for a walk.

I don’t remember if this was late in 2023 or early in 2024, and I don’t think it matters to anyone besides me. Besides that, these are pictures from an exploratory night shoot in Spandau, one of the most colorful Christmas markets I have been to.
I chose to go to this place because I wanted to see how it would be to shoot a film at night in a place filled with lights. I had tried this with a medium-format camera once, and I loved the results.
This was my first time using 35 mm film, and I hated the results at first, but I enjoy them now. Next time, I will bring a tripod and test more aperture settings.

I don't think it was the right idea to take a photo from the gondola while the water moved everything around, especially in low light when the film on your camera had expired.
But this picture turned out better than expected, and it's the only one from this moment worth sharing. The others were too shaky and blurred.
I love the waters colored pink and magenta from the sunset and how the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute looks gorgeous in the back.
