I am in C#. I wish to create an #if…#endif block that will always be false. I say "#if false". This will:

- Erase the code because "false" is not a defined symbol
- Keep the code because "false" is a keyword
- Keep or not keep depending on whether a command to define false was sent to the c# compiler

?
