die amerikanische kiefernwanze ist, wie der name schon andeutet, eigentlich in (nord)amerika heimisch, wurde aber 1999 nach italien eingeschleppt und hat sich von dort in europa ausgebreitet, 2006 deutschland erreicht und ist inzwischen überall zu finden. dieses exemplar saß an der seitenwand des hiesigen aldis

aufgehellte nahaufnahme, ausschnitt. auf grobem weißputz sitzt eine braune wanze mit einersets der für wanzen typischen flachen wappenschild-körperform, andererseits ist sie aber schmaler als andere wanzen, man könnte sagen die form liegt zwischen wappenschild und lanzenspitze. das bild ist etwas dunkel geraten, da hat sich die kamera auf den hellen hintergrund eingestellt, deshalb kommt trotz nachträglicher aufhellung das schöne symmetrische muster aus hell umrandeten rotbraunen bereichen auf den kurzen deckflügeln nicht ganz zur geltung. seitlich am körper ist ein schmaler gestreifter saum. die hinterbeine sind auch in verschiedenen brauntönen gemustert und die unterschenkel sind auffällig tropfenförmig verbreitert. der kopf ist schmal und länglich, die nach vorne abstehenden leicht gekrümmten fühler etwa halb so lang wie das restliche tier

ich sehe öfters bei pixelfed-posts auf mastodon, die viele hashtags am ende haben und so wie's aussieht diese auch alle in einer zeile und durch leerzeile vom text getrennt, wo trotzdem die tags über dem bild erscheinen, bis auf der allerletzte tag, der gedoppelt zusätzlich noch einmal unter dem bild ist.
ist das ein bug? der sich aus der übertragung zwischen den verschiedenen spielarten des fediverse ergibt?

I have assembled a first magnet prototype and I gotta say, I am so chuffed with this little guy! 🪲
Since the magnet is held behind two layers of felt, it’s not crazy strong, but it still holds a light A4 printing page, so it’s not too bad! Plus, it’s mostly supposed to be a decoration!
I still don’t know when they will be released, hopefully before the summer.

The beetle has a dark blue head with a single, thick central horn. It has silly white eyes that look very crossed. Its wings are a teal blue with a small central paler triangle between them. It’s body, visible between its wings, is a bright orange colour.

Nordnetilla meni salaatit väärinpäin siinä kirjautumisjupakassa. Bugin takia yhtä aikaa kirjautumassa olleet saattoivat mennä väärille tileille.

In college, my professor was All About COBOL because everything ran on a Burroughs 'mini frame' and we were replacing it and he took it personally. We went to War because I was employed by said college to EOL the junk, while working on my degree.

These little Tech Bros have no clue the code they're dealing with.

Now, I want a billion dollars and a team to refactor all government away from COBOL. Not this way.

No problem #Gnome, not like I was doing something. In the background… which I could still see running but not save my progress anymore… :/
It also failed to restart itself, had to do a hard reboot. This sucks.

I don't even know where to put the bug report now. Gnome? Clutter? The Extension that updated just as Gnome decided to go poof?

Gnome error screen telling me that an error is occurred that couldn't be resolved. It only gives me the option to log off.
A huge Linux system journal output including a coredump for the gnome shell. I bet there's a hint to the bug causing the issue somewhere in here! Unfortunately it's way too much text for this alt text box.
