two days ago a #s3 bucket containing a SQL dump with data from #volkswagen #financial #services was deleted. I reported the bucket on the 9th of March, so it took them close to three weeks to fix it.
My mail with the responsible disclosure to #vw was never answered or acknowledged.

It's a distributed object storage service #S3 tailored for self-hosting.
It runs on old PCs. It's build to be resilient with geographical redundancy.

Moin #DeutscheBahn. Das mit der S-Bahn als Ersatz für die Züge zwischen #Hamburg und #Kiel vom 7.3 bis vstl. 22.3.25 ist so mässig funktionabel. Bekam gerade beim Umsteigen in Pinneberg das erste Mal einen Eindruck, wie sich Massenpanik anfühlen bzw. entwickeln könnte: +5 Minuten schlangestehen bis sich die komplett volle Unterführung langsam weiterschiebt. Aufm Gleis ernsthafte Gefahr dass irgendwer ins Gleisbett fällt. Die #S3 dann mit 9 Minuten Verspätung als komplette Sardinenbüchse gestartet (wie hoch ist dann eigentlich die Belegung ?). Anschlüsse in HH damit wohl nicht erreichbar. #Dankefürnichts #Bahnvorstand!!!
