It's a morning of rain showers and bursts of brilliant, spring sunshine. Fortunately the latter as I passed the Daffie, glowing in the light as it swayed slowly in the breeze

The first yellow crocus has doubled up and the first daffodils are sort of open.

Love this #daffodil variety that has three small trumpets instead of one large one. They create sprays of #springtime.

Found another patch of daffodils on a different side of the house. There are lot more in this one and they're a lot taller. Supposed to get some heavy storms tomorrow, so we'll see if they survive.

First hints of spring slowly approaching, as a daffodil starts to wake up from its winter slumbers, a welcome burst of vivid colour as the dark winter months ease their grip.
