TIL: Both US presidents (current and former) and current UK Prime Ministers are not allowed to #drive their own #cars on public roads for #security reasons (as they don't have the high speed defensive driving training that the cops/feds who guard them have)

After one year this is my setup:

#chrome -> #Librewolf (Mozilla turned to shite)

#GoogleMaps -> #AppleMaps ( my tests with open street map were not successful, will try again)

#gmail -> mailbox.org

#fotos, #drive -> #iCloud (I have mostly Apple devices anyways)

#search -> I lost this one, I’m back to google for now. All alternatives started doing the same AI shit and had vastly inferior search results.

I’m trying to move away from #google.

What are your easy to use(!) favorites alternatives?

Currently I’m trying to do it like this:

#chrome -> #firefox (easy one)

Maps -> #openStreatMap (I’m trying this, maps was the most used, service for me … switch will be hard)

#gmail -> ??? (I‘m completely open, I don’t want to set up my own hosting, I’m eying mailbox.org)

fotos -> iCloud (I know it’s Apple, but obviously the poison I take for now)

#drive -> ???

Any suggestions for anything?
