SoLawi Hof EmsAuen 🏳️‍🌈Wir stellen ein! Landwirt:in | Käser:in | Gärtner:in Wir suchen Verstärkung in den Bereichen Gemüsebau und Käserei, aber auch in der Milchviehhaltung / Futterbau. Du kannst deine Fähigkeiten in nur EINEM dieser Bereiche einbringen oder aber auch gerne als MULTITALENT in mehreren. Wir bieten dir einen nachhaltigen Arbeitsplatz mit Perspektive und eine Einbindung in unser Hofteam. Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft und Tierhaltung und/oder im Gemüsebau und/oder in der Lebensmittelverarbeitung sind vorteilhaft, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Wenn du uns dabei unterstützen möchtest einen nachhaltigen, an den regionalen Voraussetzungen orientierten Betrieb weiterzuentwickeln, wenn du selbstandig arbeiten kannst und teamfähig bist - dann melde dich. Auf unseren etwa 85 ha Grünland halten wir etwa 70 DSN Kühe, die Nachzucht ziehen wir muttergebunden auf. In der Käserei verarbeiten wir die Milch zu Joghurt, Quark, Frischkäse und Weichkäse. Auf dem Gemüseacker bauen wir auf 1,5 ha saisonal übers Jahr bis zu ca. 40 verschiedene Kulturen an, inkl. Folientunnel. Stadt-Land-ErlebenJakob Pfluger wurde 1914 in Loppersum <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ostfriesland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ostfriesland</a> geboren. Aus Arbeitsmangel wurde der gelernte Zimmerer / Maurer 1933 entlassen und fand wegen der Wirtschaftskrise keine Anstellung mehr. Er lebte weiterhin bei seiner Mutter, die seit dem 1. Weltkrieg verwitwet war.Als sogenannter Arbeitsscheuer /Asozialer wurde er im Juni 1938 in Schutzhaft genommen. Ohne Verfahren kam er ins KZ Buchenwald. Jakob Pfluger starb am 27.12.1938.
