Wen<p>Single use plastics - again</p><p>Some of the crap will come from other countries but much/most of it is generated by us. Yes, some has been reduced and legislation was introduced by the last Conservative government, but it is clear that even taking the inevitable delays as some restrictions came in, it is not working.
