Especially in a digital world of communication, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/emphasis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>emphasis</span></a> is important to create context. With character limits and a lack of formatting, this was (and still is) a good method.</p><p>(Other examples: Bookmarks, grouping posts, e.g. for Events, ...)</p>
