Oliver Klee<p>I've noticed that the list of required skills for members of the <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/TYPO3" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TYPO3</span></a> Association Board in the election announcement at <a href="https://typo3.org/article/election-2025-we-are-looking-for-candidates-for-board-and-business-control-committee" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">typo3.org/article/election-202</span><span class="invisible">5-we-are-looking-for-candidates-for-board-and-business-control-committee</span></a> does not include these skills:</p><p>- communication skills<br>- emotional competence<br>- empathy<br>- democratic leadership (e.g., consultative, participative or collaborative leadership, as opposed to more top-down leadership)</p><p>Also, reliability is not listed as a requirement.</p><p>I find this problematic.</p>
