It's related to pagination. I have multiple collections in my jekyll setup, i.e. "posts", "notes", "logs", etc... I have my blog posts paginated on my home page (on the root directory index.html page) using the v1 jekyll-paginate plugin. I want to paginate some other collections on other pages. For example, I have my "notes" collection listed out on the page /notebook (note here this is not on an index.html). From what I understand, the standard jekyll-paginate won't handle anything not on an index.html, and I haven't been able to grok how jekyll-paginate-v2 works.Basically, I just want to be able to paginate other collections on other pages. How can I do this? Is there something custom someone has written? Can someone tell me how jekyll-paginate-v2 works? I also built a rather unwieldy thing on top of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/wikka" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#wikka</a> wiki, which seemed like a good idea at the time. And <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/pico" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#pico</a>, for which I extended multilingual support. I later tried to rebuild an existing site in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Jekyll" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Jekyll</a> but it did not turn out well with user acceptance. This was all volunteering for NGOs. All of these (and a <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/MAMP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#MAMP</a> installation) and tinkering let me learn how the systems were out together and how to adjust them for my needs.
