That sounds terrible not interoperable.I suggest that <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/IPFS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#IPFS</a> does not follow googles proposal and that a CID is the same in every language !!!
