Ausserdem geht es am Sinn des SBGG vollkommen vorbei und wäre ein Rückschritt ggü TSG und §45b.</li><li>Für "männliche" und "weibliche" Vormanen gibt es hinreichend Praxis, die auch beim SBGG gelten.</li><li>Bei nichtbinären Optionen kann es keine Beschränkung auf eine "shortlist" geben.
